Property is a financial asset before it is a building

House of Majlis studies real estate the way an analyst studies any other asset class: through capital flows, supply pipelines, financing structures, yields and the sentiment that runs ahead of all of them.

Most property writing is either marketing or nostalgia. Ours is neither. We read developer disclosures, land department data and market reviews, then set them against what the market is being told to believe.

We write for young professionals entering the field and for people already working in it — investors, analysts, brokers, developers and lenders who need the economic reading, not the brochure.

Every essay is sourced and referenced. Where the evidence is mixed, we say so. Where a market is priced for perfection, we say that too.
